Electric Stacker

Electric Stacker:

The electric stacker is the one that combines the 90-degrees angle stack features of larger, more costly trucks like reach trucks or counterbalanced trucks with the efficiency and convenience of using the pallet trucks. It is a lift truck with a mast and forks that lift loads and places them on shelves or rack frames. A vertically luffing (raising and lowering) boom motion allows an electric stacker to travel in at minimum two directions, horizontally along the rail and vertically.

Features:

  • For maximum performance, the forks are built ergonomically
  • The stacker can stack up to 6 meters high
  • Perfect for goods movement in both vertical and horizontal space
  • Ideal for use in storage and distribution facilities.
  • Load Capacity: 1T to 2T

Standard Stacker (Fixed Fork Type)

The most popular one whenever planning to buy electric Stacker is the Standard Electric Stacker, also known as a fixed fork-type stacker. Stacker’s lifting forks are rested on the fixed forks’ tops. This incredibly lightweight design was created to allow operations in warehouses with limited space.

Battery-operated stackers come in a variety of capacities and lift heights. Capacity ranges from 1 to 2 tonnes, with lift heights ranging from 2.0 to 5.5 meters. These electric stackers can work in the space of 2500 mm to 2700 mm. Stackers these days come with a variety of mast choices, be it the single, duplex, triplex, and quadruple.

Here are some special types of stackers also for offering specific application advantage

Straddle type Stacker

The straddle electric stacker, a.k.a Stacker with Adjustable Forks is a unique stacker equipped to withstand unique pallets. Bottom-closed pallets or Euro Pallets are an example of this one. Ergonomic forks are present in this one to help you handle a variety of pallet sizes. This stacker’s wider base also provides higher load capacity options and a higher load capacity at maximum lift height. The larger base necessitates an additional amount of space.

Counter Balance Stacker

The warehouse’s version of a forklift should be at a lower cost and with a smaller footprint. As shown in this picture, the stacker has no legs in the front or fixed forks, which can be a hindrance in some situations, thus offering more versatility. Adjustable lifting forks allow you to handle a variety of pallets. Standard stackers have a slightly larger turning radius than forklifts, but they have a smaller turning radius than forklifts.
